Valentina Ceciliano Feliz serves as Law Enforcement Supervisor for Akashinga in Mozambique, based at Coutada 5. She joined Akashinga in 2023 as a Junior Team Leader and course monitor during the first generation of Akashinga ranger training in Mozambique. In 2024, she was promoted to her current role, where she oversees law enforcement operations across the region.

She was later appointed to instruct Bilibiza Agricultural Institute students in matters of carrying and handling firearms, physical fitness, and united order. Her consistent leadership and commitment to protection work earned her several appointments in ranger training and operations.

Valentina holds a technical qualification in Wildlife Management from the Chimoio Agrarian Institute (IAC). She is driven by a deep commitment to conservation and community impact. She works alongside her husband, who also serves in the same sector, and is a proud mother to a 12-year-old daughter.
